Once you receive your tracking number via email or SMS, you can check the status of your order by following these simple steps:

1. Shipping via SMSA Express If your order was shipped via SMSA, you can easily track it here:

  1. Click the link above.
  2. Enter your "Tracking Number" in the designated field.
  3. Click the "Track" button to view the latest updates on your shipment.

2. Shipping via Aramex If your order was shipped via Aramex, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the tracking page using the link above.
  2. Enter your Air Waybill (AWB) number in the tracking field.
  3. The page will display all current details and the status of your shipment.

Important Tracking Notes

To ensure clear expectations, please keep the following points in mind:

  • System Update Time: It may take 12 to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update your tracking status after the package has been handed over to the courier.
  • "Shipment Created" Status: If you only see this status, it means we have successfully prepared your order and generated the shipping label. We are currently waiting for the carrier to pick up the package from our warehouse.
