Return Window You have the right to request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Conditions Due to the nature of perfumes and for health and safety reasons:
- Items must be in their original, unopened condition with the outer cellophane seal intact.
- If the product box or seal has been opened or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Faulty or Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Nevant Rose Perfume will bear all shipping costs for the return or replacement.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to return a product that meets the eligibility criteria (sealed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of 50 SAR.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (Credit Card, Mada, Apple Pay, etc.) .
